Sample Schedule and Meals
Infants 2 to 12 months old follow their own schedule
Timings Activities (12 months and above)
8 am to 9:30 am Arrival, Free play (puzzles, magnets, blocks)
9:30 am to 10 am Breakfast (Waffles/eggs/bread & butter/milk/fruit)
10 am to 10:30 am. Alphabets, numbers, shapes, colors
10:30 am to 11:15 am Outdoor play – weather permitting
11:15 am to 11:45 am Circle time - Books and rhymes
11:45 to 12:15 pm Lunch
12:30pm to 3 pm Nap time / Rest time
3 pm to 3:30 pm Activities involving pretend play, sensory play
3:30 pm to 4 pm Activities involving tracing, arts/crafts
4 pm to 4:30 pm Early dinner
4:30 pm to 5 pm Alphabets, numbers, shapes, colors
5 pm to 6 pm Outdoor play – weather permitting
Lunch Menu
Mon - Spinach paneer, roti, yogurt, cucumbers
Tue - Pasta with veggies, red sauce, cheese, broccoli
Wed - Stuffed cauliflower+potatoes paratha, yogurt
Thu - Pav bhaji (mixed veggies), bread, yogurt
Fri - Roti, cabbage with peas & potatoes, yogurt
Early Dinner
Mon - Rice, lentils, zucchini, cucumber yogurt
Tue - Rice, lentils, carrots, beet yogurt
Wed - Rice, lentils, bell pepper, yogurt
Thu - Rice, lentils, spinach, cucumber yogurt
Fri - Rice, lentils, green beans, beet yogurt
All ingredients are organic, yogurt/ghee/paneer are homemade
Fruits - Bananas, apples, pears, kiwi, pears, grapes, blueberries, watermelon, strawberries.
Veggies - Cauliflower, cabbage, spinach, peas, zucchini, carrots, bell pepper, green beans, broccoli.
Lentils with ghee – various yellow and green with tomato and onion gravy (non-spicy)
Milk - Organic Whole milk or Organic 2% milk
